Guidance for structures over active airport taxiways

Bridge structures over taxiways are becoming more common at large airports. DEN, SEA, and LGA all have bridges that are complete or under construction. There is very little guidance on structures, fire codes for aircraft fueling in vicinity of the bridge, and clearances for OFA and TSA, particularly vertically. Would like to help develop some guidance, in particular with fueling and vertical clearances, and faa required approvals.

Background (Describe the current situation or problem in the industry, and how your idea would address it.)

At previous job, we are building a bridge over an existing taxiway. any guidance would have helped as we felt like there wasn't much out there for fire codes, vertical object free zones, etc. Any guidance could be helpful as airports look to expand and cannot build tunnels due to operational or soil constraints.

Objective (What is the desired product or result that will help the airport industry?)
